    A Nuclear Pineapple

    It's packs a wallop. The core is stuffed with cream cheese filled jalapenos and the voids got filled with Cinnamon Whisky. I used cream cheese and a short chunk of the core to seal the ends. Hate to lose good cooking whiskey to the fire. how this is going to turn out.



    Not sure yet how to make the photo the correct size for viewing?

        I grilled it without paying much attention to it. I just let it get crusty outside and then brought it in to cut and of course sample. I won't be taking any breathalyzer tests tonight just in case.
