  • Grilled Lamb Chops on the Keg

    Tonight's dinner

Bringing the Keg up to temp using RO lump and pecan wood chunks

Chops ready. Will season with sea salt & fresh cracked blk pepper

Mini casseroles made in indivigial sized Ramekins
    Potato/cheese casserole and greenbean casserole

Brought the temp up to 375°
Will let the Ramekins cook for about 30 minutes.

Then I will raise the temp up to 500° & put the chops on

    Everything is getting close

Ready to come off the Keg

Plated up and ready to eat

A little closer look of the chop

    Thanks for lookin'.

No mint jelly. Neither Pam or I care for it.
I will fix it if I'm roasting a leg for a dinner where other people will be eating also.

The small Ramekins work great and don't take up a lot of room on the grill
