Not sure yet Scott. I think Saturday there will be something on the Weber. I feel like spinning something, maybe a pork loin. Dunno. Sunday I have a business meeting with new owners of a local cafe... we're introducing BBQ on the menu.

    Drinks well with others

Still thinking about it, supposed to be pretty nice weather for a change. Perhaps another pork belly might be in order.
Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.

I got a couple pork tenderloins to smoke tomorrow. Going to fix a pot of green beans, sweet pepper poppers and either pasta salad or hash brown casserole to go with them. Eggs and country ham for breakfast Sunday then Gov't Mule Sunday night in Louisville!
