  • Just wanted to say Hello!

    HI,

looking around on the internet, I just found this community.

My name is Bjoern and I come from Germany (near Francfort/Main ).

I'm already in a German BBQ Community, but I would like to get more ideas.

Hope will get some from you!

Started my BBQ experiences with a Chargriller Smokin Pro, now I have also some other "toys".

Some Pics from a little Pulled Pork

from Minnesota. Look forward to seeing what you guys do over there. So much of the so called "authentic foods" here in the states have been watered down to suit the tastes of the public, some REAL traditional recipes would be well received
