    Nachos N Enchiladas

    So I had some pulled pork left over from the weekend along with a half bottle of some fine Tequila, so tonights dinner was south of the border. Whipped up some kick-ass nacho's and enchiladas. Quick n simple way to enjoy the leftover pulled pork.

          Well I dont have an xray machine buddy. And seen as how the tequila is in my belly, I dont think there's gonna be a pic...

                          Good lookin enchiladas there...Would like to see the recipie...since I gotta big ol bag of pork in the fridge...I usually make burritos with it...love those enchiladas though...
