Well deserving for sure.Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.

Thanks yall. The abt's and pig shots were for a poker game here Saturday night. Smoked at 225 for 2 hours until done and turned yoder down to 150 to keep warm. They went over 6 hours at 150 during poker game and just kept getting better and better. The leg quarters were on sale for .39 a lb so stocked the freezer with 4 bags and cooked 1. The rest was out of boredom.Yoder YS480
