  • Hello from eastern PA

Hi, I'm Dominic. I've been lurking around other sites just looking for some tips, tricks and of course recipes. I found this site to be more close knit and down to earth. I've been cooking with a charcoal grill for quite some time and wouldn't do it any other way. Been smoking now for about 5 years. 4 of those years on a Char-Broil that I modified. Finally upgraded to a Brinkmann offset that I could only find at Cabela's. It's an upgrade but also modified to work like it should. I'm from Oley, PA outside of Reading which is about an hour northwest of Philly. And after all of that, I just wanted to say HELLO!

Welcome from Royersford! Just spent an evening at the Bridge Inn the other week for a birthday celebration. Great martini bar upstairs! My brother lives just off 662 in Douglasville.

This is certainly the place to be for learning the trade! Lots of experience and knowledge to suck up for free. Hope to see some of your trials.
