    1st Vortex cook - Pork Chops

    The new vortex came in the mail right after Christmas. Yay! Wanted to burn it in so filled it up and set it ablaze.





    I had some boneless chops in a mojo marinade for 24 hours.



    After a couple hours and when the heat started dwindling down, I threw on the chops.



    Made some guac, cut some thin red onion slices and cabbage slices, ripped up some cilantro, cut up the chops, and ate some tacos!

          Looks like an afterburner on a Jet Engine to me. Can't wait till mine comes....
