    Creamy Lemon Buttery Chicken

    I found this recipe on Pinterest/ Spacebook, I seen it was cooked in Cast Iron so it had to be good.
    I'll give it a try..

    I started with deboned chicken thighs and followed the recipe pretty close. Except I used coconut milk instead of heavy cream not much difference.

    Actually it turned out just like the picture





    It turned out very good, it needed more baby spinach like maybe 4 cups.

                That looks wonderful! I have seen that on Facebook, too, and would like to try it but the other half will not do spinach!

                        Was the taste good? That gave me an idea, to make this recipe (frying/baking) using my cast iron Lodge pan, on my webber kettle grill.
