  • Strip Steaks & Roasted Taters

Picked up a couple strip steaks, some red taters, and carrots for dinner

Keg fired up and ready using RO lump and pecan wood

    Steaks trimmed and seasoned

    Taters cut and seasoned

Taters went into the Keg @ 450° for about 15-20 minutes
Then I kicked up the heat to 550° and put the steaks on

    Everything almost done

Steak plated with roasted taters and candied carrots

    Inside view, done just right

    Thanks for lookin'
    Jim
