  • Couple of pics of my week off.

I usually take this week off to get the pool ready for Summer because it's a 2-3 day operation. Got the cover off, pressure washed it and put away, ran the new robot for 2 days and then shocked it and we are now in business.
Meanwhile, did a couple of cooks during that time, a flank steak, a pork belly, and a hunk of pork loin. No plated pics, but you all get the idea.
Have a great Memorial Day weekend, and please don't drink and drive.

Man! I didn't even notice the pool. I was drooling over that pork belly. Never done one and that looks tasty.
