Fried Potatoes, Polish Sausage and Kraut on the Disco

Another disco cook, nothing fancy but good,easy, and cheap

First diced and fried up some potatoes


Removed most of the oil and cut up some polish sausage and tossed in the disco to brown up.


then drained a jar of kraut and browned it up as well


Mixed everything together


Then plated it up and topped with a little mustard. Not pretty but I enjoyed it. It filled a hole and will make a turd later and was a cheap meal.

My mom was German so I grew up eating Kraut. Good Kraut and sausage (Brat's are my go to) rock! Nicely done and I really dig the disc gig.
