    just another dang good 4# Brisket...in da MES...

    did a brisket in the MES sorta Bear style...used Sister Kelly's Malibu rub she gave me/made at Talladega...bad booger good stuff! ... Peach chips...ran in up to 160°... then foiled with peach/mango juice...the MES is ez to use & helps with the chores & me airplane business gig!

    sliced...my Mom was...Mike this is fantastic...i'm in trouble if she calls me Michael...if i get Michael Eugene... i'm in deep doodeee....

    Yes Craig...ya old Buzzard...while the gig was on in the MES...i had me Cat Daddy Hunky can't take a picture worth a chit glasses on! in da pool... and...i had me Speedo on...Pics!

                  Meh, hair is over rated.
