I'll take some brisket, some tater salad, some wicked beans & the bread pudding sounds good for dessert...

Got stuck in traffic on the way there, running late. Man, I wish I had asked the question, " Will there be kids, and if so, how many?" My bad. Had WAY too much food... them li'l ones don't eat like us bigger folk. And the kids were asking for Mac-n-Cheese. I suggested that to the client in the beginning, butt she wanted tater salad instead. Plus, there was a major traffic glitch on I-95, so we had several no-shows. The ones who could make it, kept coming back for seconds and thirds... They told me the food was great.

We were blessed with a beautiful day, no rain, a breeze and gusts of wind (with napkin and plate, lid lifting skills), and mild temps. Had an ordeal keeping me Sterno lit...PITA in the gusts of wind. I didn't get any pics... sorry. Just din't happen... Trying to get set up, a line of people forming, no thyme.

All in all, it was a good outing
