  • Pacific Salmon

Picked up some fresh Pacific Salmon, Russian potato salad and tabbouleh salad on the way home tonight and fired up the cast. Loved the almost orange color of the fillet

Light coat of coconut oil and fresh lemon juice salt and cracked pepper and turned out good.

    Happy eating !

    Cheers Lloyd

You should try some of Mad Hunky's brine for that salmon. We loved it.

No need to brine fresh wild West Coast salmon.

By the way, what's in a Russian potato salad? How is it different from say German, mustard, loaded, etc...

It had peas and choice of chicken or sausage. We tried the chicken.
