Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.

Church Under The Bridge... A ministry for the homeless. They have breakfast, a service and lunch every Saturday. I cook once a month. I know 100% of my donation goes to help someone that needs it!!!

The ketchup was served with the hotdogs for lunch. Another 100 plates @ less than $2.
