This is a nice light fresh marinade with lots of flavor, probably great with shrimp, etc. TRYING to lose a few pounds, as me knees been bugging me lately at times, and not ready to give up on the beer yet
Hey Fish ....what temp was your grill ? Salmon was excellent BUT my zucchini was mushy. Yours doesn't look mushy. Flavor was good...just texture wasn't my thing.

Glad you liked it
I'm guessing grill was in the 350ish range, butt I don't recall checking, that's where it typically settles in when I just light it with the Performer with a stack of briquettes. On the Zucchini, I just oil the slices up, season, and cook them over the briquettes. When they start to get tender, and bend when picked up to flip, then I pull them off. Hope that helps. It's a tasty fresh marinade IMO.
Also, I forgot to mention I did cut slices into the filet, aboot every inch or so at a bias, and worked some of the marinade/ingredients into the slices, for hopefully better penetration. You can kinda see the slices in the 2nd pic.
