Anyone have one of these bad boys?
    http://www.webstaurantstore.com/ary-...VMASVP320.html

We slice and vac about 120 pounds of bacon a month. Currently using a Gamesaver Titanium (15" seal bar) but looking for something a little more robust and faster
7 Foot X 20" Pipe BBQ pit with offset firebox
    Weber EX6 Smokefire
    Masterbuilt 40" Sportsman Elite gasser
    90 Qt LOCO Crawfish Cooker
Everything else burned up in my house fire

I have the pro380 and it's the bomb. With the larger sealer bar I can seal two 8" bags at the same time.

I used the 215c last weekend it was a work horse..did 10lbs of jerky, 3 flank steaks, and roughly 15lbs of pork belly, took about 10 to 15 seconds per bag..I have been going back and forth between the 320 and 215c haven't made my decision yet.

      Smoke ring or die

I'm leaning towards the 320 because it will work with 16x20 bags

            UPDATE:
Instead of this sealer, I bought a Weston 2500 chamber sealer off Amazon in February. After several weeks of using this machine, which worked flawlessly I might add, I returned it to Amazon for a refund before the 30 day window was up.
It just did not suit my needs like I thought it would. The chamber was too shallow and ultimately the bags were too small for my main use, that of vacuuming/sealing my bacon orders each month.
Sooooooo, after the refund hit the bank, I purchased the chamber sealer I was going to get all along. Vacmaster 320. 16" seal bar, deeper chamber, better vacuum I believe. Should be here next week on a semi trailer. Had to pay 45$ extra for liftgate service. It should be interesting.

I hope you enjoy your new sealer. I have gratefully owned a VP210 since 2010. The 16” bar of the 320 would be nice. When did the prices on these VacMasters drop? I was able to acquire mine for $300 less than from all other available sources in 2010 because the packaging was damaged. After checking out the specs on your unit, I see the VP210 is now available from numerous sources for the same as or less than I paid for mine.

Webstaurant.com has the 320 for 1349$ right now. Back in Jan. it was 1295, but I wasn't serious about getting it. This place has been consistently cheaper than most other vendors

I have bought a lot of stuff from there... good prices and great shipping. Not ready to pull the trigger on the 320 just yet tho...
