  • Smoked Beef Ribs

Been a long time since I came across any beef ribs worth buying but when I saw these I grabbed them. Only 3 bones but plenty of meat...enough for us plus two friends who always seem to stop by around supper time. Rubbed with Mad Hunky General Purpose and smoked with hickory.

    Foiling it.

    Done

It was like candy...just melted in your mouth! Yum!!! Thanks for looking!

I also had chicken thighs, baked potatoes and corn on the cob. So yes, four people.
