  • Thinly Sliced Ribeye.... Marinaded... Vortexed

    26'r
Marinaded thinly sliced Ribeye and a couple of Bacon cheese burgers. Asparagus in foil, finished over the Vortex. Served with Steak fries. Great Sunday dinner. Have a great week y'all!

Saved the bone for me. Cooked about 4-5 hours more. So good!

Fabulous! I love thin sliced ribeye and will grab a couple packs when I see them at the grocery. I like to use them for steak and eggs or some type of steak sandwich!

That is the bone(s) that were tied to the Rib Roast that I cut into thin steaks. It hit the spot, had been a while for beef ribs

Nice looking beef there Fish. Let me guess the last pic is either for your wife, or the world's smallest brisket with a perfect bark?
