            Really nice flavor. heat but not over the top. Pretty clean garlic, habanero and vinegar taste. Bout all I know, maybe Steve can shed more light on it.

                I would be all over that, and you had me at basil pesto.

                Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
                My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.

                  Just wondering. Doesn't pesto imply that it is primarily basil? Like saying tomato ketchup? Not being negative. Looks like a tasty snack.

                    Pesto can be made with any number of herbs. Mint, thyme, sage.....etc. Mint Pesto is really nice.
