Bone broth is very good for you if you go beyond just making a stock. I used to make it over a few days in the crock pot, now I just make it in 24 hours in the pressure cooker on slow cook. I drink it instead of using it in a recipe. Very good for bone health and other things.

I do the same but only about 12 hours in the crock pot. I don't drink it I just use it for stock but a buddy of mine drinks it almost every day with his breakfast. And if you want the best chicken bone broth be sure to include the feet.
