If there's one type of food people love to cook, for me it'd be Asian. Just love it! Only downside is, is that it cooks so fast. So here we go, get water boiling for rice. While that's going got some oil hot in a pan. Tossed in some sliced pork butt. Time to add rice. Back to pork, give it a stir and added some poblano peppers and broccoli. Let that cook a bit then added garlic and green onions. Crap rice is done, back to the pork, added some fish sauce, stir, then some oyster sauce, stir, dash of sesame seed oil, stir, now a bit of hoisin and soy sauce, yes stir again, then we need some chili garlic sauce, stir, and then a splash of sherry.
Taste was pretty good, one of the better Asian meals I've made. No exact measurements just tasted at the end which I did at more chili garlic sauce cause I was going for hot. It was medium heat. I will say this, I always bought my sauces from Walmart or local store. Went to an Asian market in April and stocked up on their sauces, much better. Better flavor in all the sauces and cheaper. Thanks for looking!
