    A perfect day on the patio...
    Actual temp was only 98 I think...


    So I pulled the skins off three brats that a bud turned me onto...
    Chopped em and fried em on the disc...


    And made some gravy...


    Wiped out the pan and dumped in 6 eggs...
    Yes I removed that big chunk of shell...


    And scrambled them eggs in no time at all...
    Little stickage...That will get better with time...


    And dinner is served...


    A simple but delicious practice run with the new toy...
    I think I could learn to like this thing...

          Oh it would probably be easier to control temps if I would use my gas turkey frying rig but I keep going with charcoal on the Weber...

                    Nice way to christen it.

                    Did you at least get the paint?
                    Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
                    My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.

                            Something else to try...
                            We use to deep fry carnitas in the disco, outside it doesn't make such a mess. You probably need to use propane instead of charcoal to get the grease hot enough. We would cube up a pork shoulder or butt and use an Orange Juice based marinate in zip lock bags to carry to the tailgate.
