            Excellent cook Sir.

What kind of seasoning did you use with the nekkid?

Jim, I change up what I season with depending on what else I'm cooking. This time I used sage, cbp, garlic, onion, and lemon juice

Phil, Not sure where he came from. I heard a chirp, turned around, and he was sitting on the hand rail by the kitchen door. He stayed for about 30 minutes, then flew off. Pretty little guy.

Try it and you'll be sold on it. It really does make a difference. I use it on chicken and pork.

I think I have some ramekins just like those, never thought about using them on the grill from an all in one cook meal. You know those thighs were juicy!!!
