    Yep, more ribs.

    Two racks of baby backs. Mayo slather, MH Sweet Heat on the top and MH General Purpose on the bottom.



    Added some brown sugar to the MHGP rack.



    On the smoker.



    RO lump with some hickory chunks at 235ish°. A little extra shade for when I'm messing with stuff. Gonna be hot (again) today.

            Most likely you will not have to use that much charcoal since you guys are hitting triple digits..

                      Odd . . . I composed the post with the final pics last night . . . must have forgot to hit Submit Reply.

                      Anywho . . . here they are about 3 hours in.



                      Glazed and ready to come off.





                      I didn't get any sliced pics but they looked just like sliced ribs.
