Couple of racks rubbed with MHGP on with cherry smoke. While getting my sauce ready for the foil stage I noticed some fig preserves in the back of the fridge. Thought hmm wonder how the would be on the ribs. Ran it passed the boss and she thought it would work. So I added some to my SBR and honey mixture along with some chipotle powder and coated and foiled. Well it came out fantastic. Thanks for looking.
