  • Campfire steaks

Couldn't post over the weekend since we were out of cell range (always good to unplug sometimes). New York strips and fresh local sweet corn on the campfire. I've grilled allot of steaks and cooked allot of food on the campfire but never steaks. The wife ranked them as second best steaks I've ever made so I did something right. Going to be buying/making a cooking grate for the fire pit at home.

Looks like the the grills at the park where I grew up. I shouldn't tell you about almost burning down some oaks with gasoline trying to grill some hotdogs as kids Woops I just did!
