  • Grilled Pork Chops

These chops were supposed to be last nights dinner, but something came up and I didn't cook them. Then I forgot that they were in seasoned Nekkid brine in the fridge.
Long story short they were in the brine for 32 hours.

Chops out of the brine and seasoned

Onto the Keg at 450° using RO lump and pecan wood

    Almost done

Chop served with glazed carrot slices

    Little closer view

The chops were very moist and we didn't taste any difference in the texture of the meat. The only difference I did notice was the garlic flavor was a little stronger than usual.
Once again MH Nekkid Brine excelled.

    Thanks for lookin'
