I fixed grilled lamb chops, roasted taters, and candied carrots for dinner tonight
Couple lamb shoulder chops brined in MH Kekkid brine for about 6 hours, then seasoned
Keg heated to 550° using RO lump and pear & maple wood for smoke
Taters went on first, now I'm adding the chops
Taters and chops almost done
Chop served with roasted taters and candied carrots
