LOL…It’s a Italian meatball wrapped in bacon sprinkled with rub and smoked.
Got the recipe for them off another BBQ site .

Was something like this.

Beef Meatball = Cow = Moo

Bacon = Pig = Oink

= MOINK

They are fast easy and simple.

Frozen pre-cooked Italian meatballs


Wrap in Bacon (use toothpick to hold it on)
Sprinkle with Rub of your choice


Smoke until bacon is done.


Thats it.
