  • Hamburger press

Anybody know where I can buy a hamburger press that is adjustable for thickness? Needs to make burgers bun width and be adjustable from several different thicknesses. Evidentally, this is the latest kitchen tool my wife says she has to have. The press she has now isn't adjustable, and is made of teakwood. Just bun width and maybe a 1/2" thick or so.

David there is a Restaurant Supply over in the City Market area that sells a good one...

I have one I bought there back when we had a cafe and it has different plates to make different thicknesses. I will try to find the name of the place.

There is also a restaurant supply on 7th street in KCK just north of 7th and Tenny.

Well this one does not a thickness adjustment, but it is the best I have ever used. The rings act like flavor holders for the juices, check it out. You will have to scroll down a bit, its the yellow one.

By the way, this is not where I bought it, I just used this site to show you what it looks like.

Well, there is another thing I missed last time I was in Restaurant Supply, must have walked right passed it. I didn't know the place in KCK was still in business. Been a while since I have been in there.
