Was thinkin of smokin some ribs this weekend but after slicing up a couple of strip loins yesterday...well I knew it wasnt gonna be ribs...
This about a 4# chunka strip loin...its where the KC strip comes from...
Rubbed her down with some worch sauce and then some salt and just a little black pepper In the pan underneath is some beef broth, red onions, and some mushroom sauce...
On the CG with some spuds for supper...smokin them for a while and then taking it inside...cooled and cut up to be seasoned and roasted in the oven...
The sausages are some whole hog sausage that a bud from work gave me...got them from a guy in Missouri...I here they make good sausage there... He said smoke em up and bring em to work so we can eat em at break time...I said OK
