  • My first Brisket

    Back after touring the sub-continents, finally got around to getting the smoker fired up and tried my hand at my "first" brisket. Tried one before I had an idea of how to attempt doing, needless to say that one didn't got too well.

    It sure looks as if you got this one down pat! I think you should let me try several slices to see if it passes the test.

                        thank you all, and also shout out to Capt Dan for his tutorial, it did come out great, for 11 pounds of meat, there's not much left over, neighbors came out of the woodwork, so next time fellas,
