  • Hello from Michigan

Hello everyone. I am checking in and will be lurking about the site. I am a member on another site which I was able to learn a lot from. I am hoping to learn more here as well.

I am running a MES 30 and it has been a source of a lot of enjoyment and some great smoked food.

Ralph was the wolf. (Although he looked strikingly similar to Wyle E. Coyote).
          Sam was the sheepdog.

Thanks for the welcome guys. After browsing the site here, I think I will fit right in. I see some familiar names and avatars too.

By the way, kudos to those who added the tutorials, some great info on there.

I was just thinkig that - how come there is such a large proportion of michiganites (or whatever you call yourselves lol) on here ?

Is it a particularly active bbq scene, or do you just have a lot of really bad bbq restaurants so have to make your own

either way, welcome to the forum hannibal :-)
