  • Have good start!

Well I have started all the meat I bought. So far, looks, and smells great! Got the chicken, pork shoulder and brisket in the GOSM. Got the ham in the Sausage Maker Smokehouse. Changed element in Smokehouse, and guess what? Someone tried to "fix" at some other point, power supply wires were backwards! Kind of explains why it would not heat up before. Oh well I got cheap off craigslist because Im sure guy thought it was broke.

Josh, I just gotta say that all the pics look great
But the 1st & 4th ones are over the top. The shots of the 2 smokers on your deck are 1st cabin. I'd be interested to see how The Smokehouse works since you found the problem.

Thanks everyone. Smokehouse works good now (go figure!). Everything turned out good. Chicken was a touch dry, but still ok. Brisket and pulled pork were good. Ham is good (and pretty ).
