  • Greetings from NE Indiana

Hi all! I had an ECB for 20 years and smoked mostly chickens and turkey, but last year got got serious about learning to BBQ anything that can be smoked and eaten. I've been cooking a smoker full at lest once a week since early spring, and usually BBQ or grill as often as weather permits all winter long. Looking forward to learning from and sharing with you all.
