Started with this, but sliced. Duh!!
Sautéed red onions.
Browned the sliced pastrami.
Butter 1 slice of challah on one side and spicy coarse mustard on the other.
Stacked pastrami slices.
Swiss cheese, oh yeah.
Add onions..................
....................then kosher dill spears.
Top with mayo on the inside and butter out. And close the grill.
Serve with deep fried tater tots and some noodle stuff.
Look at it. Just look at it.
Stackers would make it easier to eat, but spears make it more fun.
