  • Easy Dutch Oven Chicken and Stuffing Bake

Been a long time since I've contributed...cooler weather is here and I've been using my DOs a lot. This is an easy dish to put together and doesn't take long to cook. I used a pack of chicken tenders and seasoned with S&P. Put them in the bottom of my DO and covered with a can of cream of celery soup. Mix about 1 2/3 cup of water and a box of Stove Top and pour over the chicken and bake! I used my 10" DO with 7 coals on the bottom and 14 on top. I think this baked around 45 minutes. Also, fried up some bacon pieces for green beans and little potatoes.

    Thanks for looking!!

I've missed these cooks too Becky, always look forward to them.

And you nailed this one too.
