  • Mad Hunky Hot Whang! & Ranch Wingage... 🔥

Been a while since I have done wings & I had this one on my mind for some time so, here we go...

I started oot by mixing up some ranch dressing, a healthy portion of MHHW & a big ol' spoonful of some Smitty's...

    All mixed up...

Poured it over a bunch of wings, got them all coated & into the fridge for aboot an hour & a half to marinate...

Fired up the SToK with a big ol' chunk of hickory & the wings go around the perimeter...

    Just aboot done...

Served up with some more ranch dressing & sliced carrots... LET'S EAT!!!

With the MHHW & Smitty's there was a respectable amount of heat... The wings were good & moist & also a good smokey hickory flavor...

Thanks to Rich for putting oot a great product & thanks for checking oot my wingage...

OK, you got me drooling already this morning. I'd try three or four of those.

                    Beautiful Wings, Ice!!---
I could gnaw on a few of them right now!!

I never do them, because they don't have much meat on them, and they're much too expensive around here for us.
They never have good sales around here for Wings, like they do for the $4.99 Prime Rib.

                              Interesting...
                              I have tried Brian's dry ranch/HW mix...It's fantastic...
I have tried vortex wings with mayo slather to make a great crust...
This just might be a great way to sort of mix it up a bit...

                              Thanks ICE...Ya got me thinking...
