Interesting! I never grilled pineapple but love fresh P apple. Great flavors there to add to it too. How did you do it? dig out as much of the core as possible and load it up? I bet it was good. :drooling:

I drill the core out with a flat bit. 1 3/8" being careful not to drill through.

trim off the outside, slice, and serve cold. Warm is good too.

How long did it take and what temp did you do it? You got me thinkin now. Great!! now Mrs Otis is onboard too. got to try this.

Never really timed or checked for temp. When it looks good it is good. One thing I did learn is that even a dab of spilled wine will flame up when refilling. The blackberry wine was far better to me than when I used cinnamon whiskey.
