    It's 11pm and your making me want to go start some ribs :). Nice job on those .

      Dave, the apple/lime juice mix was maybe 1 cup apple juice to 1 juiced lime... I didn't really measure it. I have also used lemon instead of the lime. As far as the sauce, there is no apple in it.

      Ribs were cooked using hickory chunks and lump.
