I've decided pork, bird and fish taste better on charcoal as opposed to gas.

Pretty much everything tastes better with charcoal/wood heat. Well... maybe not like a coffee cake or something I guess

Chops look excellent. My favorite way to make them is to let 'em sit in some of the Hunky's pork brine for a while. So good!
