  • New guy from central Mississippi

    I've been grilling since 1985, new to smoking. I bought a master built electric smoker and so far I am loving it. I am enjoying this web site, a lot of great information. There is a lot to learn, so far haven't messed anything up-too bad

                            Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
                            My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.
