  • Nothin special, steak and eggs

Hey I finally cooked supper for the family and it was on a weber. First time cooking on the weber for family all year. Might be the last to with harvest approaching. Ribeye cooked to med rare, sauteed mushrooms, and sunny side up quail eggs

Talk about a perfect bite! Piece of steak, a mushroom, and half an egg. Only way this would've been better is if I had some fresh morel mushrooms. Wife said man I wish you'd cook more often. Lol. Thanks for looking!

Not bad man! that sure does look good. never had a quail egg, is there a lot of difference between them and a good organic range free chicken egg?

if you would of had morels that would have been out of hand and been the envy of quite a few!

      great presentation!

Not much of a difference, taste is real similar but I'd say quail have a little richer flavor. When I buy another truck I'll bring you some

Thanks Craig! Not enough hours in a day lately. 10-12 hours working then got an hours worth of chores and any other work that needs to be done. Get to spend about an hour with the family. Come March when the third one arrives I'll probably move out to the garage
