On the stove I made the soup. Chicken broth,a little shaved pork loin, sliced mushrooms, cubed tofu, bamboo shoots, soy sauce, Garlic chili paste, rice wine vinegar, corn starch slurry and a couple of egg scrambled and cooked into ribbons by stirring the soup and slowly adding the eggs. Went a little heavy handed on the chili paste so the soup was a little more hot than sour but still tasted great.

Cubed some pork loin and marinated it in soy sauce and garlic powder. Thawed a package of frozen stir fry vegetables, sugar snap peas sliced, bean sprouts, a package of cole slaw mix and Soba noodles. The sauce I used, soy sauce, garlic black bean paste, Hoisin sauce, garlic chili paste, and a splash of water.
Cooked the pork then pushed to the edge,stir fry veggies, and sugar snap peas, then the cole slaw mix and bean sprouts.
Then stirred everything together, turned off the heat, added the sauce gave it another stir and mixed in the noodles,
Plated and topped with green onion.
