  • A new spin on meatloaf

    Yeah...One that works
A little olive wood for some smoke...

Lookin good but still has a ways to go...

    Better...

    Covered in cheese Much better

Meat in to rest...Wipe the pan a bit and cook some fungus

And make some fungus gravy Sorry ICE...

Meanwhile Mamma makes some taters and beans...

    And it's time to eat

This is when I would normally say thanks for lookin...

Friday night called for some leftovers...So what else...We fire up the grill

Fried some of the leftover spuds and heated some mixed veggies I found hiding in the freezer...

Put a sear on some meatloaf slices

And had a nice light meal...

Now I say thanks for lookin...

Have a great weekend and POST SOME PICS!
