hello, I came across this site while looking for new sausage recipes and WOW what a website... good job!!!!!!!!
I have been tinkering for a couple years with sausages and smoking.
I have 2 brinkman vertical charcoal, and a MES smoker.
I just got done making a 10# batch of garlic and horseradish venison summer sausage that was posted on here. it is in the fridge and I will smoke it tomorrow. and while I am waiting on the smoker I will be making a 10# batch of hot Italian w/chipotle cheese venison brats.... once again fine job on the site!!!!!!!!!
