    Well, I had quite a bit more pics than this, but got delete happy with the camera. Not that anyone really needs to see the steps of raw, rubbed, etc., but damn it.......if I bother to take the pictures, I want to use them. LOL

    Anyhow, did a little rib cooking this weekend. Made for lunches for the week. The two surviving pics. Did two racks of spares to try out a couple of different commercial rubs and just salt, pepper, and a couple of things that escape me now (It sucks getting old ) on the beefies.

    Dang those beef ribs look nice and meaty. I'll take a beef rib over pork any day. Great looking ribs.
