              Nice Rich, we went from the non stick stuff that we had for 12 years and switched to stainless last year. It really cooks so much better IMO as well as the Mrs. and she gets Veto power in the kitchen.

              In any event, Bar Keeper's Friend is highly advised in the event you don't know about it. We can get it at the grocery store but if not readily available, Amazon has it. Good stuff!

                  lol you say that but a cheapo induction hob is great for cooking stuff outside that you can't cook inside.

                  indian pickles for example. Plus they have built-in temperature control so very useful for impromptu sous-vide or deep frying (another outside job round here)

                  picked mine up at aldi for £30 ($45)

                  Got a couple of very old steel saucepans I use with it.
